1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and using Chosen6 Studios facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our studio services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our studio directly. Payment terms include:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the original rate
- Additional hours may be booked subject to availability at the current hourly rate
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking time will receive a full refund or credit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before will receive a 50% refund or credit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable
- No-shows without notice will be charged the full booking amount
4. Studio Usage
By using our studio, you agree to treat the space and equipment with respect:
- You are responsible for any damage to studio property or equipment during your booking
- Equipment must be returned to its original location after use
- The studio must be left in the condition you found it
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
5. Liability
Chosen6 Studios and its owners/operators will not be held liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage during your use of the studio
- Loss or theft of personal belongings left on the premises
- Technical failures or equipment malfunctions beyond our control
- Any consequential damages resulting from studio use
Clients are encouraged to carry their own insurance for equipment and liability coverage.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created at Chosen6 Studios remains the intellectual property of the content creator. We do not claim any rights to your work. You grant us permission to use photos of the studio (without identifiable talent) for marketing purposes.
7. Modifications to Terms
Chosen6 Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or our website.
