General Studio Rules
- Arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals will not receive extended time
- Check in at reception upon arrival and check out when leaving
- Only the number of people specified in your booking are allowed in the studio
- All guests must be accompanied by the primary booking contact
- Follow all posted safety guidelines and emergency procedures
- Respect quiet hours if other bookings are in progress
Equipment Usage
- All included equipment is available for use during your booking at no additional charge (see equipment list)
- Handle all equipment with care - you are responsible for any damage
- Do not move equipment outside of the studio space
- Return all equipment to its designated storage location after use
- Report any equipment malfunctions or damage immediately to staff
- Personal equipment may be used but must not interfere with studio equipment or other bookings
- Extension cords and power strips are available upon request
Studio Cleanliness
- Keep the studio clean and organized during your session
- Clean up any spills, trash, or materials before leaving
- Do not leave personal items behind - we are not responsible for lost items
- Return furniture and props to their original positions
- Dispose of trash in designated receptacles
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to staff
Safety Guidelines
- Know the location of fire exits and emergency equipment
- Do not block exits, hallways, or emergency equipment
- Use proper lifting techniques when moving heavy equipment
- Secure all equipment and stands properly to prevent accidents
- Keep cables and cords organized to prevent tripping hazards
- Do not overload electrical outlets
- Report any safety hazards immediately
- First aid kit is available at reception
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking, or use of tobacco products anywhere on the premises
- Use or possession of illegal drugs or substances
- Consumption of alcohol without prior written permission
- Excessive noise that disturbs other bookings or neighbors
- Open flames, pyrotechnics, or smoke machines without prior approval
- Bringing animals into the studio (except service animals)
- Commercial activities not directly related to photography/videography
- Subleasing or transferring your booking to others without permission
Backdrop and Cyc Wall Usage
- The white cyc wall must remain clean and unmarked at all times
- Shoes are strictly prohibited on the cyclorama unless worn by the designated model(s)
- Food is not permitted on the cyclorama at any time
- Remove shoes when walking on the cyc wall to prevent scuff marks
- Do not tape, pin, or attach anything directly to the cyc wall
- Backdrop system operation instructions are posted - follow carefully
- Report any issues with the backdrop system immediately
- Additional backdrop colors are available for rent with advance notice
Children and Minors
- Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present throughout the entire booking
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times
- Minors must be accompanied by their parent/guardian in all areas of the studio
- Parents/guardians are liable for any damages caused by minors in their care
- For the safety of minors, all studio rules must be strictly followed
- Studio staff reserves the right to end a session if minors are not properly supervised
Booking Extension
- If you need additional time, check with staff about availability
- Extensions are subject to availability and charged at the hourly rate
- You must vacate the studio on time if another booking follows yours
- A 15-minute buffer is included for setup/breakdown - respect this time
Violations and Penalties
Violation of studio rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund. Serious or repeated violations may result in:
- Additional cleaning or repair fees
- Suspension of booking privileges
- Permanent ban from the studio
- Legal action if damages warrant
